How do I place an order for this shirt?

This shirt is left open to take orders for approximately 2 weeks. For an exact date on when this shirt will temporarily close for orders, make sure you follow us on FACEBOOK and on TWITTER.

The reason I do this, is pretty simple. I'm a one man operating business. Taking the time to get as many orders as possible in a 2 week time frame, and then closing the shirt down for a certain period of time, allows me to get the exact number of shirts I need printed at the same time. Once the shirts are printed by our screen printer, they are shipped to us, and then, I package each order up, and get them shipped out to everyone that ordered during those previous 2 weeks, at the same time. By running my online shop this way, I am saving myself from being stuck with shirts I might not be able to sell.

Sound complicated? Well here, let me give you an example.

  • I accept orders for a short period of time on this shirt, approximately 2 weeks.
  • Once a day and time has been set, and is passed, the shirt is closed for orders, and marked as sold out.
  • Tally a list of who ordered. No matter how early or late you ordered within the time frame, I will have the shirts printed all together.
  • Contact screen printer. I’ll be giving them the exact number of orders I received.
  • Wait for clothes to be printed. This process usually takes anywhere between 1-2 weeks.
  • Wait for clothes to be delivered to Silva Clothing. Once they finish printing them, they'll be shipping the printed shirts to me. I normally make updates on my FACEBOOK and TWITTER page when I start receiving the shirts.
  • Pack orders individually. I’ll be packing everyone's orders myself and mailing them out as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that Silva Clothing is owned and ran by one person, so please be patient. I'm doing my best to get these orders out to you.
  • Wait for package to be delivered. It should take about 1-2 weeks to be delivered.
  • Receive package.
It's as simple as that. All I ask is for your patience and understanding. Thank you!

Why do you only accept orders for a short time frame?
It’s a hassle having the shirts made, and then trying to sell it without the guarantee of them being bought. With running my online shop this way, I can figure out the exact number of shirts I need to get printed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do you accept international orders and ship internationally?
Yes, absolutely.

Can I return/exchange my order?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE.
Since I only take orders for a short time frame, I only make the number of shirts people ordered, which means I would have no extras to give in exchange. Email us at [email protected] to have me double check the inventory for any extras, but otherwise, no exchanges will be accepted.
It’s the responsibility of the customer to read and go through this FAQ before ordering.
Please be sure to make the correct order and double check your order. Once an order is processed, it makes it difficult for me to change.

How do I wash Silva Clothing shirts?
Machine wash warm, inside out. Tumble dry medium. Do not dry clean. Iron inside out.
